Committed to swiftly progressing claims

Felicity is a solicitor in the Complex Injury team, acting on behalf of clients with accident claims and medical negligence cases. She also assists senior solicitors with complex and high value matters.  Felicity joined Bolt Burdon Kemp as a newly qualified solicitor in March 2018.

Felicity is particularly passionate about claims involving women’s health. She has experience in cases involving gynaecological treatment, those who have suffered complications as a result of usage of vaginal mesh, clients who have suffered injuries during childbirth and those who have experienced delays in diagnosing gynaecological cancers.

Felicity has experience of a wide range of medical negligence claims against hospitals, general practitioners and dentists.  These cases involve delays in diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury, negligent or unnecessary surgical treatment, pressure sores, delayed diagnosis of cancer and claims where a patient has died as a result of negligence.

Felicity has experience in representing adults and children who have suffered life changing injuries as result of accidents.  Her experience encompasses claims for injuries in all walks of life, whether that be resulting from criminal acts, accidents at work, road traffic accidents (involving motor vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians), and claims against the Motor Insurer’s Bureau, which arise in situations where the driver who is responsible for a road traffic accident is either uninsured or untraced.  Felicity also assists on cases involving multiple orthopaedic injuries and amputations, as well as fatal accident claims.

Felicity is dedicated to taking the time to understand her client’s needs and fighting for early admissions of liability and early interim payments to help client’s access treatment and support that they need to help them recover.  Felicity always aims to keep the injured person at the focus of the case.

Felicity read English and obtained a Masters in Literatures of Modernity at Royal Holloway (University of London).  Felicity then completed the GDL and the LPC at the University of Law, achieving a commendation and distinction respectively.  During her studies, Felicity volunteered as a trainee advisor at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau in Bexley.

  • I’m very happy with the lengths that Felicity went to for me and the service that she gave me.  Everything was perfect and she was fantastic.  I’m over the moon with everything she has done.
